With up to four (4) 1960 (access and aggregation) switches in a stack and managed via one IP address, network management becomes a breeze. They are ready for high device density environments and future network expansions with up to 288 ports, including 16 10G uplink ports.

The Aruba Instant On mobile app allows you to set up and configure a stack in a few simple steps. Manage the stack and ports remotely, minimizing network outages – if the master switch in a 1960 Series stack fails, another switch takes over and the network continues to operate without interruption.

The 1960 switches support PoE classes 4 and 6 on select ports. For Class 4 PoE devices (e.g. access points, security cameras and VoIP phones) up to 30W is available; For Class 6 devices (e.g. cameras with pan and zoom functions or IP phones with video function) up to 60 W can be supplied.
