Printers are a must in every office environment. Use cases are normal office document printing, photo printing, photocopying, and scanning. Where in the past there were different equipment for each use case, modern printers are mostly 3 in 1 meaning they have printing, copying, and scanning capabilities

There are 3 types of printers classified according to their printing technology. Inkjet, Laserjet, and Dot-matrix printers

1)InkJet printers
Inkjet printers use liquid ink to print on paper or other media. The ink is stored in Cartridges inside the printer and deposited into the material being printed on demand. Continuous Ink Systems (CISS) inkjet printers have additional external storage tanks that deliver ink directly to the cartridge or replenish the inbuilt cartridge
Inkjet printers are best used for printing photographs. They may not be suitable for fliers or posters due to their slow speed
